Its probably grease build up. These works for both sinks and dishwashers:

Boil 3 to 4 tablespoons of Dawn in a pan full of water, pour straight down.

Pour 2 to 3 teaspoons of Baking Soda into your sink, add a pan full of boiling water.

Pour a can of Coke into your sink.

It could be your drain or your fridge. To see if it is your drain you could pour a cup of bleach down your drain, be sure to run your garbage disposal while doing so if you have one and have the hot water running, also you can take 3 nice size lemons and put them in your garbage disposal one at a time with hot water running.
The problem could be your fridge, check under your fridge, some have a drip plate at the bottom and it gets scummy and cruddy with the water and dust that accumulates there. Hope this helps.

Lemon juice down the drain works as well as baking soda... I put the baking soda down the drain first let it sit for an hour run water and pour lemon juice down the drain... When you cook try placing a bowl of white vinigar near the stove.

I can suggest this. You can unscrew the pipe under the sink , it could be there is something stuck inside. Then run boiling hot water down with some of your disinfectant or some caustic soda helps

Pour half a cup of soda bicarbonate down the drain, then pour about a cup of synthetic (white) vinegar in. It will bubble up, and it should eliminate all odors.

If your sink stinks, try putting lemon in your garbage disposal. Or try flushing the drains with Drano and then putting orange peels or lemon peels in your disposal. If you don't have a disposal, use juice only.

Clean your fridge, trash can, and garbage disposal. If your problem persists, could you possibly have gotten a dead mouse trapped somewhere?
