Awfully tricky wording.

The two daughter DNA complexes will each have one strand from the original complex and their replicated complements. (the original and the copy are not distinct, each daughter complex has both.)

If you want to consider the replication of just one strand of DNA, the process yields the synthesis of its complement, which isn't a copy. (the original is 3->5, the copy is 5->3, for every A the copy has a T, etc.)

If this is for homework, I would have to say False, and justify your answer as the wording seems a bit iffy.

true . One of the strands is duplicated. if there appears a defect in replication, you have a mutation

but there are some mutations at the procedure!
some mutation cause disease,but some can't !
