My doc offered me Lexapro during the time I was planning my second wedding. I took him up on it and when I took it, I felt tired and not like doing anything, so that didn't help me get much done, now did it?

They have never been prescribed. There is no doubt in my mind that I would qualify on many levels.

I was put on depression medication after my divorce when I was a teenager. (Yes, you read that right.)
I took myself off of them, though, because I realized that you can't just medicate sadness all the time. You're supposed to grieve and be angry and then start trying to heal. A cut won't heal until it bleeds.

Does this include Lexapro? I call it my "crazy pill". It keeps me from freaking out.
