Are Tom and Jerry an institute already? Yes. They are the Tom and Gerry Institute.
What does the government think about that? It is not pleased.
What about the comments of Bugs bunny the spokesman? :)

The Government doesn't like the cozying up aspect of Tom & Jerry...different species sharing a house!!!!!.
Bugs Bunny wants all of that behavior to be underground....i.e. in a hole!

Actually if I recall correctly, according to an episode of Family Guy, Bugs was the name chosen from a selection of two choices. The other: Ephrem the Retarded Rabbit.

Not an institute, but they should totally be considered an institution. About the spokesman, what about Porky Pig instead, I just love the way he stutters.

This lawnworker went out on a sprinkler mainenance job and he started to work on a Finley sprinkler head with a Langstrom seven inch gangley wrench.
