I felt such, without the acknowledgement that human beings are equal, there will be self-pride and discrimination subconsciously.

Well said Bunny. Unless our generation go through the turmoil and hardship if you are referring to WW2 then we will never truly appreciate peace.

If all men and women were created equally, why is there a such thing as poverty? Why do we even have money? Why not go back to the old trade system that Indians used? Why are there children who only live days, weeks, months, or a few years?

I think we are all equal but the goverment has caused us to be un-equal. Equal rights in America was a good try but has caused some white men not to like some black people or women because they are passed up for jobs because they do not meet a quota of some kind. Some are smarter than others some are prettery or more handsome than others but we should be treated equaly no matter what... blank slate not black or white/ male or female

God created man before creating woman, because you need a rough draft before creating a masterpiece. So no, he did not equally create them. But after he created man, God asked him, "What is wrong with you?" Adam said he didn't have anyone to talk to. God said that He was going to make Adam a companion and that it would be a woman. God said, "This person will gather food for you, cook for you, and when you discover clothing she'll wash it for you. She will always agree with everything you say. She will bear your children and never ask you to get up in the middle of the night to take care of them. She will not nag you and will always be the first to admit she was wrong when you've had a disagreement. She will never have a headache and will freely give you love and passion whenever you need it." Adam asked God, "What will a woman like this cost?" God replied, "An arm and a leg." Then Adam asked, "What can I get for a rib?" The rest is history...

True and false. As human beings, we are all equal. No one is better or worse than another. However, if you look at men and women as separate groups, we are not equal, but we are complimentary. For example, in general, men have the greater ability for physical strength. Women in general have the greater ability for compassion. Neither quality is better nor worse than the other, but they do compliment each other.

We all like to think that but it isn't true fact of the matter is that some of us are born with an ability to do better and others are not, if it's genetics or how they are raised or a mix of both, some people are just better than others, it might be physically or mentally, but that should not make them superior to others.

We SHOULD totally be equally in dignity and opportunities to progress in life, but the reality is that personal circumstances put us in such radically different situations, that we have to wonder if we really are equals.

We all must live in order to die. Therefore we are created equal. It does not matter of your wealth, race, beliefs, culture or anything else. When it is all said and done, we will all someday cease to exist.

Yes and no. They ARE created equal.... But they are not treated equal. We should totally get rid of that statement in the consitution because the US never abides by it.

Very true. I don't care where you're from, what you're political opinions are, what you believe or who you call God, you are my brother or sister. I'm a veteran. I've had enough violence in my life and now live a life of peace and acceptance.
