Andrea is the one who will have deal with the embarrassment and social isolation if she gets outed as male in public in this way - not you. You should respect Andrea's choice to continue to identify herself as female in public. It seems selfish to risk humiliating her just for something that is more of a turn-on for you than her. Keep your sex games behind closed doors and show her some respect.
