1) They should stop talking to theirselves
2) They should leave the presence of all mirrors
3) Stop responding to one's own thoughts

For if they call people names, they don't label others; They label themselves as a person who needs to label others. If someone with a different or conflicting view from me seems to upset me, I need to reiterate to myself why I am upset for another person having their own opinion. Don't I have my Own? Why shouldn't I allow them to have their own? What will this even matter a year from now? Am I overreacting? If I really think this person is so unintelligent, why would it seem getting to me? The way to solve a problem is not to attack the person. I've heard of someone who uses an orange as an example. You'll never squeeze an orange and get out lime juice. You'll always get out orange juice. Why? because that's what's inside. If someone squeezes you with a conflicting situation or something you're not used to, and hate and anger comes out, it's not because of who did the squeezing. You can never give away what you do not possess. A person couldn't give me 100 dollars if they didn't have it. And that's exactly my point. I see every situation of someone doing that which would be upsetting to me as a chance to test myself for my true integrity of character. And It's always best because at the end I've made an ally rather than an enemy. It's easy when one actually cares about the individual, accepting their own opinion about the matter, and yet being compassionate to them as individuals regardless of any perceived difference. Do this and I believe you'll be living on a higher level of consciousness than the portion of humanity who are very likely going around looking for an opportunity to be offended and upset by other people, Regardless of their having the same wants and needs and desires as myself and especially even though I have a lack of knowledge of their current situation.I'll still get offended and upset when they do what is natural for themselves because people are so "stupid" after all. I mean wait, isn't this proper thinking? There seem to be many who do it after all.. Correct me if I'm inaccurate.

You know you have a short fuse with this person so prepare in advance of a meeting. Ask yourself what you want to happen at the end of the meeting. Now tell yourself what you need to do to get what you want (within legal limits, of course!). Keep your focus on the final outcome instead of getting caught up in petty feelings. You are in control of yourself not this person who may be trying to trip you up. If you feel you cannot accomplish this task on a daily(?) basis, maybe it is time to move on. Hope this helps & Peace.

One of my favorite quotes is "Never pass up a chance to say nothing" I think of that when I feel like speaking my mind, but know it's a bad idea at the time.

Remember this saying "The size of a Man can be determined by the size of the things that make him angry."
In other words just use some self control and don't let yourself become an idiot too by stooping to his level.

Good Luck!

Just rememer the fact that they do not know what they are talking about. Try not to ingnore bacaue they believe that they are right. Try sutbley to prove they are wrong. Do not use a negaitive tone as that only agravates a conversation.
