high school steriod bill. I do not know the particulars, but the bill will randomly test all high school sports participants for steroids. One positive is 30 days suspension from sports, Two positives is one year, and Three positives is a lifetime ban from school sports and activities. What do you think about this?

I think it's a great rule. Steroid usage can kill you or seriously screw up your life. Kids don't get that. We need laws like this not only in Texas but everywhere.

I agre with it whole heartedly. My son plays high school sports and there are kids out there who MUST have built muscles some other way than by lifting weights because my son is diligent about his weight program and tries really hard (no he is not a scrawny kid) he is six foot four inches tall and weighs 180. He is thin but he eats right and exercises and lifts weights and still cannot keep up with some of these "hulks" he goes to schol with.

I think that's a great idea! Steroids are horrible. Especially when kids are taking them at that young of an age.

i think that it should be the parents choice whether or not they want to test their kids for steroids not the schools.

i dont think this is a bad idea, with all the pros doing it it sets a bad example for preps. Some coaches help them obtain said Drugs.

about time that they pass that. do you see the kids of today? they look older then they are and that can kill them later on, their parents will be the ones getting in trouble for what the kid is doing. if the kid dies of a O.D or kills some one
