apparently e-mail orbits the earth a varying number of times before getting here. My daughter sent me 2 e-mails close to the same time. One arrived 1 day after the other. ???

You could go to your question and do a refresh. Yes, e-mail is quite unreliable you never know how it's routed after it gets broken into packets and if one of them getswhung up at a router or a server site, the whole message gets put on hold until it arrives.

You can bring up "YOUR" question and then keep hitting the refresh button this will instantly show you your new answers, beats waiting for your email which like you mentioned sometimes takes a while before you know there's one there

Sometimes it will bounce off inversion layers,you just have to hunt it down. Good luck!
