not much you can do. try taping it to the next biggest toe for support and stay off of it as much as possible. it's to late for ice, that only works for about 24-48 hours.take some ibuprofin for the pain and swelling.it can take up to 2 weeks for it to get better.

You can't do much to help your toe heal faster.

Just make sure you don't put too much pressure on it and ice it regularly. Do you have a pair of crutches you can use? That would be the best way to go to avoid putting pressure on your foot.

Also, make sure you take some extra strength tylenol to help with the pain.

Not much can be done to help a broken toe. Pack your foot in ice, to reduce swelling.
