I am looking for a natural treatment for thinning hair. Does anyone know of a product that I can use. This appears to be a family problem.

Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Massage well and shampoo.Rub oil into the scalp. Get some HAIR SKIN AND NAILS vitamins, drink milk and don't use anything with jojoba on the scalp. Hope this helps.
