I was in therapy for many years for family related and marriage related issues. I think I am good for now. I totally believe in therapy.

that im a traitor! i've been through this for almost every year! some friends will get mad at me because of false accusations! before i really cant sleep at night thinking bout it. but now i've learned to ignore e'm and just get on with my life! just pray and meditate. reflect. and after that your mind will be cleared. thats also a therapy.
