He has one brother, Danny, and two sisters, Christie (who was formerly Johnny's personal manager) and Debbie. The Depp family has mostly Irish, German and Cherokee ancestry.
When he was married, his wife introduced him to Nicholas Cage who advised him to become an actor, which is why he became an actor
He dropped out of high school when he was young

First off, like my Mom would say: " We already have a Johnny Deep. So the position is filled?!" Now. You have to be an actor like you! There's only one and you are him! Develop your skill! Move your mountains and blaze your own trail. Watch the great old actors as many as you can and be real. Try everything. Comedy, Drama and places between. Do anything and everything because the more you do the more seasoned you get. Go to amusement parks and play characters, summer theater and do Romeo or Caesar! Put yourself into all of it and you'll find the actor that critics might one day say, he's original and better then a Johnny Depp or Brad Pitt because of his uniqueness, depth, and difference. Think about that before you want to be like someone else! Why be a copy when you can shine being an original????
