Yup. no problem.

It is a misconception that concrete needs to dry. It is a chemical reaction. You can even poor concrete under water and it will harden.

You may want to cover it up though as the rain can mess up to top layer and make it very grainy and bumpy.

As long as you have enough time for the concrete to harden before the rain starts, you won't have any problem. This generally means you will need around 2-3 hours before the rain starts to have your concrete in place and finished.

Sure you can pour it. Rain isn't usually a problem as long as long as you cover it. If the concrete hasn't hardened enough by the time it rains, you will have little pock marks on the surface if not covered.

Concrete needs water to harden and cure. It is recommended to mist the surface in hot weather to fully cure the concrete and prevent cracking.

When it is starting to Rain make sure it is Covered by Plastic Cover.
