I wholeheartedly agree. I want both my son and daughter being sharpshooters by the time they are 13. I'm getting my boy a .22 for his birthday.

-I will teach my sons gun safety as well as how to shoot, as my father tought me. I don't hunt and we only have a handgun for protection. My wife is also profeciant with firearms.

-Guns are tools. My children should know how to use them responsibly.

I am not of any religion. The term Skeptic applies best to me.

Yes but not until they are at least 16. I think that girls espically should know how to use a gun and guys do for hunting purposes. However I will not have a handgun in my house and other guns will be LOCKED and only I and my husband will know the combination or location of the key.
I am a Christian

I have no kids yet. If I do have any, I shall teach them how to use guns. I grew up with a gun in my hand. Guns are useful in many ways. I am an atheist. I was brought up religious, but I began to doubt it at age 7. Mom's father was a Baptist minister, and Dad's relatives are Methodists. Religious or not, we all use guns.

Yes I will teach my children how to use firearms. Especially in regards to safety. A handgun is useful for protection and I want everyone in my house to know how to use one.
