that's really special, speaking ill of the dead. but to answer your question yes he did have a speech impediment, he talked with a lisp from being bucked tooth all his life. nothing funny about that

I don't think he was the brightest bulb in the box. Not the most well spoken person, I don't think it was a speech problem.
