Yes I do. Whether it's a German accent or anyth else. You see, the airline industry is very global (esp if it's an international airline), so the flight attendants & captains are expected to be fluent in english.
I live in Romania, english isn't spoken here as a first language. I called an airline office a few days ago & was mildly suprised that the people who took the calls I made spoke flawless accent-free english. It just went to prove that to work in an airline, you must have a good command of english. I think it's one the requirements for working in an airline company.

Easily. I understand French, Italian, Spanish and Russian. Speak fluently as well

If you are having difficulty understanding the pronunciation, chances are, the one speaking is not from your country.

On my experience, when the steward is also a Filipino no matter how the pronunciation I can understand the words, maybe it would be same with you.
