1.Set it on dark and wait until your hand is crisp and shriveled enough to slip out. OR
2.Fill the kitchen sink with soapy water and place the toaster / hand into the water. If jolt from 110 does not loosen said toaster, soap should aid in removal. OR
3. Fetch serrated bread knife. Hack hand off Aaron Ralston style. Apply tourniquet. Finish making breakfast.

Firsty dont put your hand in the toaster.
Secondly smash the toaster on to a hard unbreakable service (toaster ruined but hand free)

Plug the toaster in, and then push the lever down like you're making toast. Wait for it to pop and hey-presto! Freedom!

plug it in and push the little button down; your hand will pop out when the toaster is ready.

Try the Click Up lever. But seeing as though you sent this 3 minutes ago I guess the Click Up lever isn't the total answer to your problem.

How's your tolerance of pain? If it's good, turn it on and wait until your hand pops out. Ouch.

When it is nicely toasted it will pop out on it's own, may sting a little until then.
