How did you lose the baby weight? I am starting a excercise regiman now, what did you guys do?

I am not a Mommy, but my wife is.

She did weight watchers and went to the gym. She is still doing both. In addition she has used the personal trainer at the gym. Besides the baby weight, she has lost a good deal extra weight, over 130 pounds total, in about 14 months.

I am very proud of her.

I think the trick is to find a system that works for you, combine both diet and exercise, and stick with it. Find a support group of some sort. I know there are ones on line, as well as in the real world. I hope that your husband supports you in this.

Just remember that, "YOU CAN DO IT!"

Breastfeeding Also walking with the baby in the bjorn and stroller. Plus bouncing baby on the excercise ball. Also jogging sometimes with the jogging stroller, sometimes without

I went to the Y. But Usually chasing my older son worked it off. Good Luck!

I never did it. But I wish I had after my second child. But if you Breast feed you will burn the weight very quickly. My doctor told me that.
