While i can't be pushed to do something i don't want to do....i do often make certain sacrifices for the people i love.Whithin reasonable limits, i beleive that the people i love would never intentionaly ask me to do something that wasn't good for me....
Other people...I listen carefuly to what they have to say...i take things into consideration,i negotiate, but at the end...the decision is mine.And if that person can't respect that....well, i simply don't respect them back..just don't take them into consideration.And i'm reputated to being very very very very stuborn when i choose to :-) more stoburn than a mule

Yeah, my poor old Mum still wants me to shave off my beard !
Being a stubborn & lazy person , not to mention scared of what I might find lurking under my undergrowth , I have not complied with her request.
I would need an INCREDIBLE incentive to consider such a request ....any bidders ?

I am surrounded by people who are trying to make me something I'm not. I am a quiet, simple, shy person, and people are trying to make me go wild. I agree with Kate. I will never let anyone change who I am inside, no matter what.

I've been there... sometimes it worked that i refused, but some other times, I had to do what I don't like...
My family wanted me to get to know this guy I didn't like & later get married... you know the tradtional way.. so boring... I couldn't stand the idea, & I couldn't stand him at all... it's been few years now & I don't regret it... why?!!! I still feel that it wasn't right.... it still isn't right.. I'll get amrried one day but not to that creep....

Yes girls are always trying to convince me to do "stuff" but I don't give up easily (most of the time).

It happens all the time in my line of work. If I didn't have the spine to stand up for myself or my clients, then I shouldn't be in this business.

i have a dream, and a loved one asked me to sacrifice that dream of mine to fulfill hers...i couldnt sleep for exactly 4 nights, couldnt eat well, couldnt concentrate, cried a lil, stayed confused, seeked for help and advise from my dear friends...now i am about to make my decision
