i know of one site, http://www.jpophelp.com they sell animation i know, but i`m not sure about the comics...also check out ebay, u can find almost anything on there!!! good luck!!!

i don't know about japan animation but for anime (japanese comics) i now one. Try this website www.tokyopop.com and it sells all kinds of anime. Hope i help.......
