Why not go and read the Joost.com website and get the details there? Obviously you know about the site or you wouldn't be asking a question. Just find a FAQ, help, or support link and I'm guessing you can find everything you need.
From what I read a couple months back on it, I gathered that they were going to have their own DRM crippled viewer that you would install on your system to control what you could view, how often, etc... I'd personally prefer to go with WinAmp or one of the other open source viewer applications but I doubt Joost would ever do that.
