Serious answers only please!!! What will happen if you take two birth control pills at once? (The Orthro Tri-Cyclen) The reason I'm asking is because a guy friend told me that his friend (who is a nurse), said taking two pills at once is like taking the morning after pill... Is this true?

wow, your guy friend seems to think he know alot and no it doesnt work that way its not strong enough to be used as an abortion method. The morning after pill is a strong form of birth control but are different in many ways . Ask your doctor for more information b4 someone gets hurt>

I would call your OB/GYN and ask them.

However, if you are on the pill, I'm not sure why you'd need the morning after pill anyway.
