Small hole underneath. Press a BLUNT pin in to reset it. If that doesn't do it hold the pin in and also hold the power button down till it starts. (maybe ~5 seconds).

Yes I had the problem, all you have to do is stick a pin or toothpick underneath and there is a small reset button. the reason it crashes is the GPS just overloads itself with info.

It probably happens if you turn it on in another position to where you last finished.

yes!!! i brought mine a couple of months ago and its starting to do my head in.i used it last week and it hasn't been on since..........oh well...but its realllllllly starting to pi*s me off
