After being laid off 10 months ago, I have found it near to impossible to exercise or eat right. While I don't feel overtly depressed, I've never had a life change quite like this. I've gained 25 pounds and become a couch potato! I should mention that I was already about 65 lbs overweight and losing before this happened! Instead of working the typical 2 jobs I used to do, I now am working less hours and loving it more. But I feel discombubulated! And worried. Because of the weight gain, I know that my blood pressure is up and I worry about that. Recent blood tests indicated that my cholesteral has risen and that my blood sugar is on the line to becoming "concerning". And yet, I can't seem to get my head into changing anything. Also, I should add that I'm pre-menopausal and struggling with those symptoms as well. Any suggestions would be great!
