You don't state what the harassment involves, but as you indicate that you have already informed the corporate managers and they are backing your managers, unless the harrassment is sexual or due to you being in an EEOC protected class where your civil rights are being violated, they may not do anything, especially if no one else has come forward and you are complaining about more than one manager; they are going to assume that you are the problem.

It is bad business to not treat your employees with courtesy and respect and it is not illegal not to not be polite, unless you are treating them that way to due an EEOC protected class (race, religion, national origin, sexual preference, etc.) .

I know this may sound harsh but Corporate head care most about the bottom line/profit and as long as the bosses are turning a profit for their company as it is easier to find tellers than it is to find managers, that is, unless there is a legitimate potential lawsuit brewing that might cost them money, then they will take the matter more seriously.

Laws vary from State to State; below is a link that may help in letting you know what is allowed where you liveas to the taping question:

Good luck!

You will have to find out what laws apply in your area.

There will probably be national laws, there may be state laws, there may even be local laws.

See if there is a free workers advice service.

Or better yet, join a union.
