Breast implants are still considered cosmetic surgery.

Do you want implants because you want them or do you want implants because society says you should have them? You are not a "real woman" because of your size?

It does seem unfair that transgenderers get it for free. Not doubting you, but is that correct?

Not unless you have a serious medical problem or have a lot of recommendations for depression, and with all the NHS cutbacks due to the conservatives no you wont be able to get it done just like that and anyway you shouldn't have to change anything about yourself for a man don't you ever stand for it if a man can't accept you for who you are he isn't worth it there are plenty of guys out there that will appreciate your body and you for who you are I think it's disgusting that your boyfriend thinks you should have bigger boobs and anyway most girls boobs suit their average height and weight half the time when people get this implants they go wrong, or go a funny shape and look out of proportion, they often end up worse than before :)

Nope I don't think it should. It is purely a cosmetic procedure (unless its a reconstruction due to an accident).
