I guess you are asking how many kilometres one has to travel to cross one degree / minute / second along a particular latitude or longitude.
Well, it is highly variable. As you know, the length of equator is far more than those of Tropic of Cancer and Capricorn and the length of Arctic or Antarctic circle is much less. But each of these circular lines on earth surface are divided into 360 degrees. So the length for each degree or minute or second is different at different places, but same on the same latitude.
While along longitude the distance is approximately same, as longitudes are circular lines of same length.
To measure the actual distance at the equator, you calculate the circumference of the earth at equator using 2.pi.r formula, where r is the diameter of the earth. Once you get the length of the equator, you divide it by 360 to get the length for each degree (and you can further divide each degree-distance by 60 to get minutes, again by another 60 to get the seconds). Towards poles, this distance is reduced and becomes zero at the poles. So for any intermediate latitude, you can calculate the degree distance by reducing it proportionately.

Kilometers is a unit in a linear measurement while the Degree, minute & seconds are angular measurement.
