Neil sounds to have the correct figures. I bet he can find out the max noseweight too - this is essential to towing stability.
I'd chat to a couple of caravan dealers as well, and find out what they think would be the most suitable for you to tow - they don't all tow exactly the same.
1200kgs is a good size caravan - don't forget the weight of all the stuff you'll take with you; not to mention 12v battery, gas bottles and awning.
