~I don't think there is anything like off swing or leg swing. Swings r of 2 types:in swing &out swing. In swing is a ball which comes into the batsman and out swing is a ball which goes away from the batsman.Off spin & off brean r the same wherein a spinner bowls a ball which after pitching on the wicket comes(grips) into a rt. handed batsman.
~Again, leg spin and leg break r the same wherein a spinner bowls a ball which after pitching on the wicket goes(grips) away from a rt. handed batsman.
~When a left arm spinner bowls an off spin for a left handed batsman(ball comes into the left handed batsman), it is called a left arm spin.A chinaman bowler(spinner) is a bowler who bowls a leg spin for a left handed batsman(ball goes away from the batsman). An arm ball is a wrong-one bowled by a left arm spinner. In this the left arm bowler bowls a ball almost like a left arm spin but the ball after pitching goes away from the left handed batsman.
~A googly is a wrong-one bowled by a leg spinner. In this the ball after pitching comes into the rt. handed batsman. A flipper is a quicker-one bowled by a leg spinner in which the ball is bowled at a faster speed than a regular delivery.A top spin is a ball bowled by a spinner which falls on the seam of the ball.In this the ball bounces mare than that in a regular spin ball. A doosra is a wrong-one bowled by an off spinner in which the ball after pitching goes away from a rt. handed batsman.
~A reverse swin is a ball generally bowled when the ball becomes considerably old. A ball, when new, generally moves towards the rough side of the ball. The smooth side moves faster than the rough side and hence the phenomenon.
In reverse swing, the rough side of the ball becomes very light as compared to the smooth(shining) side. So the rough side moves faster than the smooth side. So the ball moves towards the smooth side. This is called a reverse swing.
