Since all the so-call Conservatives has a solution for everything --why is the USA still soooo fu.--k up?

Why is Rush not running for President? Waving a bottle of Viagra and holding hands with a 14 year old boy from the Caribbeans

At least the conservatives offer a plan for changing and or fixing some of our countries problems, like social security or the war. The Democrats solution is to not do what the Republicans want to do (though they usually use some variation of the Republicans idea).
