have you ever considered changing your name, because you feel it doesnt reflect your personality?

i'm talking mainly christian names here...although i can imagine if you have an aweful surname you might want to change that just as much.

Get yourself a cool nickname if you don't like your "christian" name.

my first name isn't a x-stian one nevertheless I changed it because it carries too much of a legacy, and a distorted one as well (at least in my opinion). As for my last name, I have used an abbreviated form of it, occasionally. Let add that these are not formally registered changes, just casually (yet very persistently) used daily

I almost changed my first name to Disco. My mum convinced me otherwise. I mean who is gonna take a guy called Disco Campbell seriously?

I don't have a problem with my christian name,as I told ya before...but I don't like my surname for sure! it's huge and very difficult to spell and pronounce it ....

Yup. My dad put an elongated version of my name on the birth certificate in case - 'I changed my mind' ???????? Ihate it!!!! I've never been called it, except by doctors and it pis*es me off! I'm going to change it by deed poll!
