Racists, much? Who cares what color skin you have? Must not know much about white people. Instead of sitting around waiting for welfare checks, white people make a living for themselves and sovle things themselves because they don't have their race and heritage to hide behind when they know they screwed up.

Improve the percentage of fathers willing to stick around and help raise the children, not just Caucasians, for all people.

Encourage education, two parent families, church attendance, personal goal-setting, and moderate use of alcohol and drugs. Don't waste your time on issues which really aren't that important to your community.
If you live in an area which is already economically depressed, move immediately.
