should have said the "right of the members of the militia" which I think is what they meant.

None... first and foremost it is an historical document. Secondly, the Constitution was created perfectly in that an Amendment could be made to repeal another. For instance, prohibition.

I would take a close look at the Electoral College.
Communication has changed since the 18th century.
There ought to be a way to prevent electors from changing the results of a popular election.

Separation of Church and State......wait....it doesn't exist, just made up. Our Forefathers had great insight when writing the Constitution and it is pretty darn good the way it is.
