I would find out where she lives, steal some crap from her house, call a 1-900 number on her phone while your there and tell the lady on the line to just keep talking til someone picks up, and then wait a week. After she cleans, makes food or whatever, would tell her that you have proof that she is stealing from you and unless is repays everything you are going to go to the police with evidence. Only problem is you got to have no qualms about stealing and breaking into a house yourself, but thats the best way to get her back I think.

Terminate the services of the servant since stealing and unauthorized use of the phone are just causes under the law. If the value of the item taken is substantial, a crime of theft could be charged.
