what does temporary guardianship mean?

ok hear is my situation my mom & dad have temporary guardianship of my son, but now my mom & dad are not together anymore and i live with my dad and my mom is not letting me or my dad see my son...... can she do that????? my mom says all kinds of thing to my son about me and tell me that he is better off with me not in his life. what can i do and what should i do?

Temporary guardianship is a grant given to a person to have custody of a person for the meantime that the legitimate custodian will be determined by the court.
