I have to see my bro later - he's a Man United fan (not from Essex though but of a turn-up for the books). And I'll have to put my hands up and say ManU deserved the win last night - much as I hate to. And to make matters worse my business partner supports Chelski - bad day or what ?

I hate Man U, but they played brilliantly - it was awesome football last night! I was glad they won, just to shove it up the Roma fans after the trouble over there that they always cause for English fans!

As for Chelsea, well I haven't seen any of that game apart from the goals on the news, so I can't comment on whether they deserved it. I don't support Chelsea, but my cousin and her husband do, and as they have had a dreadful 2007 so far, I suppose I am pleased they won too. Plus, I suppose it is quite good to have English Teams whooping the rest of Europe. Maybe?

I'm a spurs fan and was gutted when they sold Michael Carrick, and at the beginning of the season I was in a pub and 2 Man U fans were really slagging him off! I thought then it just goes to show what idiots man u supporters are. I wonder what they think now. One last thing - I hate to say it but I do hope they don't let Chelsea win the league, they are the most revolting team out - even worse than the A*s*

Whilst we can all understand wanting certain 'big' clubs to fail domestically........clearly you are also as anti-English teams doing well in the Champions League type of person..........

To me having 3 teams in the CL semis and a definite team in the final [assuming the scousers go through] is great for English football....and also makes the latter stages of the competition more interesting. Who wants to watch Bayern v Lyon or something in the final...let's have English teams every time.

So - I think you should look them in the eye tonight...say well done....and that their progress is good for English football - even if you are biting your lip at the time. And after all....winning 7-1 and the way Man U actually played was pretty awesome as well you have to admit!

Manchester United proved to everyone just how good they are. Ronaldo - Magical, Rooney - breathtaking, Smith - a true hero. After returning from such a horrendous injury and fighting for his place in the side. The result speaks a thousand words, but the game was football at its best.
All this and without a full strength team. I hate to say it but even Fletcher played well.

Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and do it. It's true that ManU deserved their win last night. Don't forget, a time will come when your team will whip someones a*** and your brother will have to return the compliment. Keep the faith!

Worse ingredient is physique scent, people who do not wash or bathe for weeks and their hair smells poor. whilst i'm in line at walmart and the guy in front of me smells, i'm getting out of line and attempt a distinctive line. there's no reason to sniff. cleansing soap and water continues to be much less high priced. And the main suitable ingredient that scent reliable, nicely THATS ME!!!!! Wild musk via Cody. Have a large day, reliable ques. a megastar 4 U.

Well it could be worse! You might have been chased through the streets of London by a swarm of starving man eating witchety grubs or consumed by aliens bearing a remarkable resemblance to marmite - but I think I'd rather eat my own foot than admit to my brother that he was right for once!!

Bad day maybe.but just have some banter with them.thats the good thing about having mates who support teams you hate.you can wind each other up about their teams!and at the end of the day, your all still mates arent you.

And whoever said "forget about football its meaningless".well some people say football's about life or death.but i can assure you,its about a lot more than that!classic quote from Bill Shankly.

Hi !
Well I know what you mean.
My sons are well into these football things, but I am going water skiing later, to avoid it all.
Being an ex-Geordie, I suppose that I would say well done Newcastle United.
But actually, there are better things in life, surely.
Kicking a bladder around a feild ?
Well, OK and thumbs up to the supporters

Give me a ski, or a jumping out of aircraft, and yours truly is happy.

Bob.
