Yes. Its to blame the Democrats and hand the war over to another administration to resolve while he flees to Paraguay to avoid prosecution by the World Court for war crimes.

Honestly, I think they first need to figure out how they are going to be able to surge, before they surge.

- I think the state of the army is going to come into question very soon. Which will be another feather of disaster for Bush to put in his hat. He will need to watch himself in Texas b/c they'll probly think he escaped from a resurvation or something.

Good point. the surge is plan A. There have been no plans up until this point nothing but chaos.

He has nothing. No brains. No plan. No military experience.

Bush has no plans for his policies and it is the reason why the Iraq war had not ended until now.
