I make one with
Garlic
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
And Angostura Bitters
For a quick one i squeeze lemon juice and olive oil on a salad
yummy

my very favorite is blue cheese but also like a good homemade italian just a little balsamic .....I like salads that are plain and salads with lots of stuff in them.......
