Kick him to the curb! Change the locks throw out his clothes on the lawn, and then get your self an attorney, go to the county courthouse, and check your marriage license at the court house.
When you got married, did you have your maid of honor sign the marriage certificate, and the best man, if they did then it is a legal marriage, and did you have the minister sign it also, and what kind of church did you get married in?
It should not matter what kind of church, just as long as everything on the marriage certificate is legal.
But kick his butt to the curb!
Here is a box of tissues!
I will share them with you!
Be strong!
He is slime and you are better than that!
Need help throwing out his clothes?

Well.. it is no longer your decision alone. It is a Familiy decision as a whole. Discuss with your family if they are old enough to understand and make a collective decision. In this case you have the support of the family what ever decision is being made... Having declared or NOT really does not matter. The fact is that both of you are still married. He can deny a thousand times but you still are married. Do not be bothered by such remarks. if yoyur husband means what he say... then he would act on it to go for divorce. But you do not have to ignite the "FIRE" for him to make him do it. take it easy... and focus on your family, and if he is true and genuine enough... he will be back to the family again. Do not wast any energy on such matters with him.. Let nature takes its course... take care..

Start by seeing a lawyer. If the marriage was faked, you can sue him. If the marriage is real, get a divorce and take some of his money for wasting your time. Don't ever marry again, you don't need a piece of paper to be with a guy, just call him "boyfriend"

County records or a cetificate of marriage.
All that is possible to find. It's public records.
Try this...go to the county courthouse and go to the clerks office. Tell them what you want. There may be a small fee invovled for them to research it but if you really wanna know, then do it.
You live in a different state?...call them and give them the info over the phone. They search the entire data banks of every courthouse there is.
Like I said, be prepared to pay for it.

if you have a marriage cert and had a wedding all should be OK - UNLESS your horrible hubby got a fake celebrant in with NO license, then it'll be non-in-void and fake.
Maybe go and see a lawyer or your local courthouse for advice.
... then get rid of him and take him for everything you can for cheating on you, married or not.
