Dog, because they protect us as guard dogs and they help people with disabillities and a most dogs will play with you where a cat will play only when they want to and dogs give you more exercise than a cat does.

I own 3 cats and a dog. I love all of them. The big difference in picking a choice is that cats are easier to take care of if you are gone for a short time. They don't have to be taken outside to do their "business" and they know better than to eat all of their food in one setting, etc.
I also love the way cats crawl up on your lap and do their little dance and then sit down and purr.

I used to be a dog person, but now I'm a cat person. I love how they're so low maintenance. Like, you don't have to take them out for a walk or bathe them almost everyday because all they do is sleep and act cute, and they don't dirty themselves all the time.

I was a dog person till I met Milo.
He proved that cats can be as affectionate as dogs.

Actual both, but if I had to choose I would say a cat person because they need less care and attention.

Dog. Ulfsen means "son of wolf"...
Beside, I don't have microscopic worms in my head making me think litterboxes don't stink (see sources). Not to mention forcing me to obey the cats.
