Yes she can sing. But she has no confidence.

I think towards the beginning of the competition she was VERY LUCKY to have gotten very far as she was in the bottom 3 a good percentage of the time. The very fact that the night that Chris Daughtry got voted off, it was between her and him and she was sent back to her seat. That was wrong. I thought all along that she was being kept on back then, because of the way she was dressing so provocatively (just like Haley Scarnato is doing this season on American Idol).
But as the competition went on, Katherine got better at singing and performing. I don't know if it was because she got less nervous, more confident, or because of more coaching from the people from American Idol who are hired to do that for all of the contestants, or what. But as time went by, she did get better.
I feel she was a lucky young lady because she slipped by in the beginning by using her body and the type of clothing she wore.
So in conclusion:......A LITTLE OF BOTH!

Katharine's the real deal. She has it all... looks, personality and REAL talent. Not everyone may like her, but you can't say she doesn't have the voice!

Actually talented I think, although her hair is GORGEOUS (some of it's extensions but it looks nice)
