If the fire was in my house then I cannot leave any other family member behind I must go back and get them out and if I see a fire in a house outside maybe down the street or something like that then I'm willing to save anyone inside and help because its kinda sad to watch someone in a burning house if you get what I mean?

Jet, my cat. He feels pain therefore would be grabbed in one hand while I grabbed Unk and Orry (womble and panda resp., both of whom are over 30 years old; I got them when I was a little girl. YES! I was little once) with the other hand.

If - apart from Jet, who feels pain and so will always be first - I could only grab one, then it would be Orry who has been all over the country with me.

Orry, who took my grief when my beloved Dad died and the cats (there were two then but Beauty has since bitten the proverbial dust himself) valued their rib cages too much.

Orry, who sacrificed his dignity and became Crown Prince of Mackemland when I and an American penpal decided to marry off two of our soft toys and he had to suffer while the newly arrived Princess Angeldust and he had to have their nuptuals photographed on a busy beach (Seaburn), complete with confetti.

Yes, it would be Orry, even over 26 years of daily diaries, they are in a metal box and might suvive. I keep meaning to get a fireproof box for them.

My doggies.. I don't care about anything else in my place. Even the photo albums that can never be replaced.. I have a memory of the pictures. The clothes, the toys, the furniture.. let it burn.. can all be replaced.. But the dogs have a future and they are still creating memories.. I will keep them around :)

I'm assuming my dogs are safe, so it would have to be the small cabinet with all my home videos in. Lots and lots of memories in it.
