Lets cut the crap and here what you need to do ;

Stop looking at whole assembled PCS You still dont have the monitor with it and it will cost you like from 8000-12000 ( TFT/LCD/

with 512 mb memory and the graphic card from the past you wont be able to play the new games specially the games which can be played on PS-2 and xbox so later gator you will be spending about 8000-10000 extra for that stuff may be a year later.

Here is what you should do ;
GO to some reall pc stores and ask for the best motherbord with all that Sata-II harddrive outputs and ddr-2 rams ( over 700mhz) got or look online which is available in the country.
this wont cost you over 5000maximum
Buy Rams which have higher frequency possible Frequency for your motherbord go for the 2gbs . cost = 5000maximum
get a intell duo processor just buy the one fits in your pocket . Cost from 4000

Get a case , Dvd writer ( you re geting a combo with that crap) cost you like 3500 maximum

now all you need is to enjoy the inbuilt graphics of motherbord for few days
( each and every onbord graphic mother bord starting from Intel 915 to Intel 975x has the least memory of 128 mb )

you will get a far better pc for 18000 which wont be outdated till 2008-2009 where this one is outdated my frnd .
and you will be able to play great games with 2gb of rams from the very 1st time.at 512 they will be just teasers hanging out with the stuff like low virtual memory and game not compatable.

well later you wont have to take some crap out like the outdated 915motherbord which cant get higher frequency rams and GPU( multi graphic cards).

with motherbord like 975 and new intel processor you will get very best options like stata -2 and multi graphic card slots

at the cost you were buying that junk which didnt had the dvd writer and had lame 512 mb ram and 128 graphic card.

ask for the Foxconn or nvidia gaming graphic card with motherbord nvidia one costs like 14000( with 2 x750mb graphic cardstotal memory of about 1.4 gb graphics ) which can makes the game to be played smother then x-box360 .

thats all, the choice is yours

build for tomorrow not for the past - sounds like a tv commercial but its true

pls note- many of the old model motherboards has issues with windows vista the new one doesnt

warrenty issue - motherbords, rams,hdd, processors comes with least 3 year warrenty ( useually gets like 5 year)

Enjoy

Hi Fellow Pinoy........ =)

Anyway, both systems are almost equal, with the big difference being the processor, so I'd choose A.

Lastly, I don't suggest buying anything from that two. It's because the AMD processors recently have ANOTHER price drop and even if you buy ALL BRAND NEW parts (Say at PC Gilmore at Gilmore?) , that 17 thousand pesos is enough. And since it's all brand new, it has a 2 year warranty as well.

I would say the top one the http://www.openpinoy.com/shop/step1.php?...

It has a pentuim 4 processor and it is 3Ghz which is a fast processor there is not a lot between them but if your worrried about costs than the other one is a better price

They both look nice but they are also HOT. They are both powered by Intel's PresHOT processors that are going obsolete because of high Wattage. Newer processors perform much better at lower wattage.

I also doubt you can do much upgrade of the videocard with that 350W PSU.

A. is what i would chose. they both have the same hard drive, but A. has more features, and is a computer that you can design for any purpose you want.

I would have to go with A. You don't want integrated graphics.
