No. The NYSE and NASDAQ are both publicly traded companies; the other markets are either public, private, or member-owned, but none are owned by MLB.

Several MLB clubs are owned by publicly traded companies (such as the Cubs and the Mariners), but neither MLB nor any individual club owns controlling interest in any stock exchange.
