1. Paul Wolfowitz by a long long way. This guy has been a neo-con strategist for a long time. He is now the president of the world bank.
2. Dick Cheney. He ran Halliburton for quite sometime and still receives over 1 million dollars annually from them. Interestingly enough, his "former" company, now resides in Dubai.
3. Karl Rove. Traitor.
4. Donal Rumsfeld. He approved torture overseas for those who weren't charged. He approved torture which is against the Geneva Convention. He is quoted as saying that United Flight 93 was shot down over Pennsylvania.

5. Henry Kissinger. Quoted as saying that troops are "pawns" to be used in the making of foreign policy. Being that I served in the military, I reject this statement.
6. Richard Pearl. This guy is just a tool.
7. Ariel Sharon. This guy is also, just a tool.

funny someone should mention "Lyndon B. Johnson(s) wife Lady Bird, owned 1/3 of Brown and Root stocks, and this company was the only one allowed the bid to make unnecessary new uniforms, and other items, brand-new for the troops." because this relationship very closely parallels Cheney's with his former co, Halliburton, which is under investigation for a wide variety of scams and no-bid contracts, much bigger profits than Brown and Root. If the one applies, then so must the other.
my list:
1. Cheney-Rove - tie
3. Wolfowitz
4. Rummy
5. Perl

None of those. I choose Lyndon B. Johnson. He was the one who drafted thousands of young men into the war of Vietnam, for personal profit. His wife Lady Bird, owned 1/3 of Brown and Root stocks, and this company was the only one allowed the bid to make unnecessary new uniforms, and other items, brand-new for the troops. His wife made profit's in the MILLIONS of dollars, on the deaths of 17 year old men and up. The best thing about LBJ, was that he died before he could enjoy his death money. The man is in Hell at this very moment, I'm sure.
