I must make a point.'Bhutan' is a place that I'd love to visit.
However,I read a crazy census claim,based on god-knows-what,saying'Albania' is one of the "more desireable" places to live in 'Europe'.That's if you take a year's supply of food and other 'luxuries',to 'Albania'.
The average 'Albanian' eats twice a week!
