There are Corsair, Kingston, Twinmos and Patriot. Which one is better? Is there alot of difference between DDR2-667 and DDR2-800?

All of those you mentioned are good brands.

Now each of those brands would have a value offering, a better offering and a high performance offering. The better offering would usually have lower latency, thus capable of tight timings. The high performance offering would have low latency plus better capability to overclock. It could be sold as ddr2-1000 but works as ddr2-800 at normal processor clock but would not have any problem running at ddr2-1000 once the processor is overclocked.

DDR2-800 runs at a faster speed but at higher latency, so there's not that great difference with ddr2-667. But if it is a high-performance ddr2-800, then it's a different story.

Yes there is a speed difference between 667 and 800, I think Kingston is the best

800 is faster.

I like Corsair and Kingston. I've used both and been happy with both.
