Pay £15 extra on a speeding ticket to pay for domestic violence.
I don't abuse my family, so why should motorist pay for the tossers that do.?...and NO I don't have a ticket.........YET.

I suggest, when in prison they do a full proper days work then hand over their days wages...

Hey that seems unfair. They should seize the stuff from idiots convicted of domestic violence and auction it off and use that money!

The payment is for a general victims of crime fund, not just domestic violence.
