Politicians always take good care of themselves and all related to their interests...Government is a pyramidal structure in which top administration only takes the final brick, means that roots are deep under ground and they can't be easily uprooted... We have a "power" to decide once every so often, but chances anything should change for the better are always poor...The economic and commercial lobbies are just too powerful...The irony of everything is, we all share some benefits from that, namely jobs are related to
certain policy in much stronger manner than some people think...So, one should say everything is almost ideal "perpetum mobile" that works more or less...

All. and I mean all, are corrupt or crooked in some way. I mean honestly who else would want that job.

The first 3 words of the constitution is "We the People..." Politicians today do not work for the people or care about the people, they work and care about either the Democratic party or Republican party and that is it.

They are always raising their salary, but never the working people's salary. Let them try to live off of $25,000.00 a year or less!!!

You can certainly drastically deter the amount of corruption in our government by decreasing our established bureaucracy. Often times, there is no specific authority that can say "the buck stops here!". Often times no one knows who is responsible for investigating what. Who will investigate the next corruption scandal...The CIA, FBI, Home Land, Internal Affairs.....WE NEED ACCOUNTABILITY.

Also I believe that we the people, only support and elect politicians whom don't take donations from lobbyist groups such as those representing big corporations.

instead of letting them hire 20 aides at our expense to set up the lobbyist appointments use the money to have a citizen from their district follow them and report to the district press on their behavior. Rotate the citizens every 3 months to prevent corruption. Be like jury duty.

It is only corrupt because the Lefty's are trying to dig up whatever they can on the Republicans in office.....but heck look at the Clinton years.....you don't have to go too far back....

If Clinton would had offed Osama when he had the chance, OUR Country would not have gone through 9/11......Oh yeah I forgot....all the Rosie Cult believes that it was a Gov't conspiracy....What clowns....

You can find corruption under any rock you are willing to turn over......NO MATTER WHO IS IN OFFICE.....IT HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE THE U.S. WAS ESTABLISHED.......IT IS A NECESSARY EVIL.....
